Refuweegee is a small charity based in Glasgow. We have only four staff who are working tirelessly to deliver as many packs of essential food, toiletries and entertainment as possible during these difficult circumstances.

We are distributing hundreds of packs to addresses all over Glasgow. Please be patient, as we are dealing with hundreds of requests. We are working as hard as we can to deliver packs as quickly as we can, but you may have to wait a week or two for your delivery.

When you text our service, you will be asked for the following information:
 

• Your name

• Your full address, including postcode and flat number if applicable

• What pack(s) you require - food, toiletries or entertainment. Please note, our packs are standard and we cannot fulfil specific item requests.

• How many people are in your house

We need all of this information in order to process your request.

For referring organisations:
please provide a contact mobile number for any referrals to this service. Your own contact number can of course be used and will be assumed if no other number is provided.

All of our communication with you will be via text message. We will confirm receipt of your request and we will send you a text when a volunteer is on their way to delivery items to you. 

​

Please note that sending multiple texts to us only slows us down. Your request will be dealt with as soon as we possibly can.

If you no longer need a pack, please let us know so we can deliver it to someone who does need it. Please be respectful of others.
